1. Our Commitment

Recipients must have expressly requested to receive communications, or have an existing business relationship with Advife, in accordance with applicable Austrian and EU legislation, including the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and EU Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive).

Every legitimate email communication from Advife includes:

• A clear identification of the sender (Advife / Dorian Kerschbaumer).
• A valid postal address.
• A straightforward and functioning opt-out / unsubscribe mechanism.

4. Third-Party and Affiliate Obligations

Any third party, affiliate, or partner who promotes or references advife.com is required to comply fully with this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable anti-spam laws. Advife reserves the right to immediately terminate any relationship with a party found to be in violation of this policy. Advife accepts no liability for spam sent by third parties without its knowledge or authorisation.
